PIDE CENTER OBSERVATION

Observing at the Pride Center was an odd experience. It was not what I expected in a lot of ways, I figured it would have more than just chairs in the room. For whatever reason I expected it to be more like a study than a chat space. It was nice though, I understand why people find comfort there. All the people were very welcoming. So far I have done the interview and also taken notes in a way that I can understand. I also have made a draft of the paper I will write. After my first visit to the pride center it was so clear that verbal communication is their main technology. Everything else falls much after that!
